Products
Virtuosoft has created numerous commercial and open source products.
Devstia
Devstia is an open source, web development, and production stack that comes in the form of a prebuilt cloud (Devstia Cloud Connect) and native desktop (Devstia Personal Web) application. Beyond a typical LAMP-stack; Devstia packs in more technology, design wizards, open source code, and code-less solutions for seasoned developers and next generation web designers. Launching in 2024.
ServerPress
Before forming its own company as ServerPress, LLC, the website and DesktopServer application was created by Virtuosoft. DesktopServer was a web designer workflow tool coupled with a deployment service company (ServerPress.com). The award winning product appeared at WordCamps, e-learning sites, and educational publications used by the University of California schools and successful web design agencies. Started in 2010, ServerPress shutdown operations 2022 and reached end-of-life after a successful twelve year run.
ThemeDreamer
ThemeDreamer was an extension for Adobe Dreamweaver that enabled realtime rendering of WordPress themes within Dreamweaver’s “Design View” mode; allowing for unprecedented ease and speed in customizations of WordPress’ original Kubrick, Classic, and countless third-party themes. Started in 2006, discontinued in 2009. The Dreamweaver realtime rendering capabilities were superseded by DesktopServer’s Dreamweaver support plugin.
